Welcome to TCTV’s weekly TV news Round Up! There’s been a lot of news this week so sometimes we can’t get to it all. So, here we have some interesting bits of casting and production news, teasers, and trailers for some of your favorite shows and some that might make you want to watch.

ABC released the first season 7 teaser for Castle tonight. And with the 21 second promo for their long running crime dramedy, they gave viewers the first bit of information about where we’ll find members of the twelfth come September and how soon after the fiery finale we’ll be seeing them.

Castle returns for its seventh season on Monday, September 29 at 10 p.m. on…
David Amann will be stepping for Marlowe this upcoming season. While Marlowe will be developing other projects for the network, he will continue to be involved in the day-to-day activities for the show.

And everything will be okay.
I fear for Trophy Wife’s fate. Such a funny show with a great cast. Mentally preparing myself for its cancellation, though.
Castle’s been renewed (DUH).
Scandal and Grey’s have been renewed because again, OF COURSE. Also, OUAT and Resurrection.
Revenge renewed as well. Notice how all of the currently airing dramas are staying… Waiting on Nashville and comedies.
SHIELD has been renewed and Agent Carter ordered to series.
The Goldbergs renewed.
Update: And, the final renewal for the night is….Modern Family (of course).
So, there are your non-surprises.
All other bubble shows’ (Nashville, Trophy Wife, Mixology, Suburgatory, etc.) fates will more than likely be announced tomorrow.

The last mini-hiatus of the season is over! And to set off the final episodes of the season, we get a fun blast from the past. The body of a mobster is found and the only way to solve the case is for the team to completely transform the precinct (and themselves) into psychedelic…
My thoughts on the fun episode filled with groovy outfits, banter, dancing and an angry Gates. Wonderfully showcases the light and funny this show does well.
